Dear Friends,
I am sure I am not alone in the constant struggle for balance of work, family,and me time. When all the things you do are as equal importance for health and sanity for you and your family, how do you make time for it all? As you may know, I have recently discovered the importance of down time, but have a hard time making it happen. Any suggestions or tips are always welcome!
